Straight talk on the stipend
We do not publish flat dollar figures, because the stipend is tied to the level of care an individual needs — medical complexity, behavioral supports, and daily assistance all factor in. What we can promise is transparency: you will know the rate, the payment schedule, and what it covers before any placement is finalized.
Sponsors should also plan for the 90-day operating budget described on our requirements page so the first months are comfortable.
