You support choice and independence, document progress toward personal goals, and advocate at team meetings so the person's own preferences drive their plan.
A typical week
Ordinary life, supported well
Mornings look like breakfast together, medications on schedule, and a ride to a day program or job. Afternoons might be a walk, a grocery run, or a doctor's appointment. Evenings are dinner, a favorite show, and a quiet, safe house to sleep in.
Alongside that, you keep simple daily notes, coordinate with the support team, and call us whenever something comes up. Backup staff cover the hours you need away, so this remains a sustainable life — not an around-the-clock trap.
